CANCELLATION / REFUND

Only applicable during natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances

1. A service fee of INR 15000 per person will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded.
2. We can shift you to an alternate departure schedule (subject to availability and prevailing circumstances)
3. Guests detected with COVID 19: Name change will be allowed if you provide medical record of the passenger detected with Covid 19. In case you fail to apply for a name change in the above case, your booking will be considered as No Show and 100% cancellation will be applicable.

General Cancellation / No Show: 100% cancellation will be applicable.
